If your order has not been sent to fulfillment for shipping, please contactus at shop@remsatmx.com to place a stop on your order.

If your order had an estimated delivery date within the last 4 weeks, and has a defect of some kind, please contact us at shop@remsatmx.com.
Please provide a photo of the defect so we may process your request.

We will be unable to assist with any requests for refund or replacement that do not not meet the conditions above.
